What does it look like:

• High volume personal injury caseload in a fast-paced environment

• Build strong attorney-client relationships
• Own and work up litigation docket for trial
• Tell the client’s story, take depositions, argue motions, settle cases, and take cases to trial
• Partner with Pre-Litigation team for cases needing transition 
• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
• Office - onsite role

What do I need to bring to the table:

• Juris  Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Colorado 
• Minimum of 2 years in litigation, with at least 1 year focused on personal injury cases
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases with minimal supervision
• Demonstratable trial experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
