Talantage is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Associate to join our client's dynamic, industry-leading Payments and Fintech Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts.
- Provide counsel on transactions involving payment systems, fintech platforms, and related technologies.
- Manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
- J.D. degree and admission to practice in Texas.
- 3–6 years of transactional experience within the technology sector.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating outsourcing, technology licensing, or other complex commercial agreements.
- Fintech or payments systems experience is highly desirable, though not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Work with a top-ranked practice group at the forefront of payments and fintech innovation.
