True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. Responsibilities

• Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1 treatment sessions
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with strength coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team collaboration, mentorship, and clinical education opportunities
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, high-performance clinic culture

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
Strong interest in sports physical therapy and performance training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
