What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Making Things Happen)

As a Production Line Operator, you’ll be right in the action — keeping our concrete masonry line running smoothly and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.Your day might include:

• Setting up and operating equipment from kiln to finished product 
• Adjusting machinery to keep production flowing efficiently
• Performing preventative maintenance and assisting with repairs 
• Inspecting finished product to ensure top-notch quality 
• Safely operating a forklift (experience is a plus!) 
• Troubleshooting issues like a pro 
• Helping the team hit production goals 
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe 
• Communicating with supervisors and teammates to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring to the Table

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
• Attention to detail (you notice the little things) 
• Commitment to safety 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
• Willingness to work overtime when needed 
• Mechanical aptitude is a big bonus
