Training Wage: $22 - $25/hr DOE; TECHNICIAN: Earn Bonuses after the Training period.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2+ years of experience (or completed apprenticeship) in the areas of residential or commercial plumbing, with hands-on experience installing and/or servicing water heaters. Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- All Washington hires will be required to obtain at time of hire and maintain a valid WA Plumber Apprentice License. A Plumber 02 or 01 license is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Ability to read, write, and speak clearly)
- Open to working every other weekend [Rotation basis - you would have a 5 day work week]
- Able to work independently
- Ability to accurately document repairs and completed work in ServiceTitan, including required documentation, photos, and customer payment processing.
- You must attend Technician meetings at the warehouse and be available to work rotational weekends (2 times a month as needed)
- Valid WA Driver’s License and clean driving record [Must be at least 25 yrs, driving 2 years + insurable record]
- GED or High School Diploma mandatory
