EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Care Advocates. In this critical role, you will ensure proactive administrative oversight of all assigned members by utilizing EmpiRx Health’s population health management system for case management. You will also ensure escalations are reviewed and resolved within a timely manner to provide best-in-class service to assigned members.

What You'll Do:

What You Need:
- Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT).
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment: Hybrid in Montvale, NJ. We will consider remote for the right candidate.

The expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $ 50,890- $63,612. Total earnings may also include various incentive options. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, education, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
