Job Title: Audit Manager – Hybrid
Location: Milwaukee (3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple audit engagements and teams
- Review financial statement audits and resolve issues
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Support proposals and business development activities
- Use audit tools and technology effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field
- Active CPA license (required)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Prior Manager-level experience or 3+ years as Senior
- Knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
