What You’ll Own
🔥 Lead daily operations with strong, visible floor leadership
🔥 Hire, train, coach, and retain top talent

🔥 Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses

What You Bring
✔ 3+ years of senior restaurant leadership experience (GM or AGM)
✔ High-volume full-service experience preferred
✔ Proven ability to build culture and develop leaders
✔ Energy, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style
✔ A passion for hospitality and team development

💰 $65,000–$80,000 base salary (based on experience)
