The Clinic Nurse provides direct patient care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, diagnostic testing, and follow-up coordination. This role works closely with providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience. Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday - Clinics close at 2:00 pm every Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform diagnostic testing and assist with procedures
- Coordinate care and act as liaison with outside organizations
- Provide patient education before and after visits, including medication and equipment instruction
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unencumbered Kansas LPN or RN license (or temporary permit) required
- CPR certification for Healthcare Providers (or obtain within 90 days)
- Current vaccination record meeting ACIP Healthcare Worker recommendations required
- One year of primary care experience preferred
- FQHC experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
