Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests in alignment with the Yacht Club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism. This role ensures a welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experience while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely table service
     
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
     
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily features, and beverage offerings
     
  • Anticipate member needs and deliver proactive service
     
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
     
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
     
  • Process payments accurately and handle member accounts properly
     
  • Uphold club service standards, appearance guidelines, and policies
Requirements:

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous serving experience preferred
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
     
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
     
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and club events
