The Role

We are hiring a Hitting Instructor who takes development, preparation, and professionalism seriously. This is not a casual coaching role. Every session is structured, every rep has purpose, and every athlete deserves full focus. You will work directly with athletes and families in an environment where execution and accountability matter.



Responsibilities

• Coach athletes with intent, structure, and attention to detail

• Maintain a focused, professional, high energy training environment

• Prepare thoroughly for each session and shift

• Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and teammates

• Execute established training systems and operational standards

• Apply feedback quickly and consistently

• Support daily facility operations as needed



Qualifications

• College or professional baseball playing experience required

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn our system

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, structured environment

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Availability aligned with business needs
