Receptionist (Part-Time - Temporary) – Automotive Dealership
Tim Dahle Auto Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced dealership environment while providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, guests, and team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and basic correspondence
- Provide general information about dealership departments, services, and current promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
- Support managers and staff with clerical duties and special projects as needed
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate department
The shifts are mid-day shifts and include:
- Mon&Wed 1-5
- Tues 2-8
- Thurs&Fri 12-4
Availability
- To cover opening and closing shifts as well as Saturdays.
Temporary
- Training to start at the end of March
- 3 months April-June
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required
