Description:

 The Junior Customer Success Project Manager (JrCSPM), within the Commercial Business Unit, supports the Senior Customer Success Project Manager (SrCSPM) in managing active customer accounts. Under the guidance of the SrCSPM, the JrCSPM assists with a portfolio of clients to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.


The JrCSPM supports accurate forecasting, planning, execution, and the on-time delivery of finished goods. Serving as a key support liaison between the SrCSPM and internal teams—including Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Procurement—the JrCSPM helps ensure strong cross-functional coordination, proactively identifies risks, and assists in resolving issues. The role also includes limited client-facing responsibilities within assigned support areas.


This position requires strong project management skills, clear and confident communication (especially in customer-facing interactions), and the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables by evaluating urgency and business impact.


The JrCSPM is expected to maintain a customer-retention mindset by contributing to customer satisfaction through timely, effective solutions and consistent support.

Requirements:

Project Management:

• Serve as the support point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, contributing to strong, long-term relationships

• Maintain regular communication with customers to review forecasts, PO timelines, and open action items under the direction of the SrCSPM

• Ensure all customer deliverables are met on time and in full, escalating risks early with potential solutions identified

• Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities to ensure successful outcomes

• Support high customer satisfaction

• Manage project timelines from inception through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet timeline expectations


Forecasting & Execution:

• Track and monitor monthly forecasts for assigned accounts under the supervision of the SrCSPM

• Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement to proactively flag changes in demand to avoid delays in procurement of material


Nonessential Functions/Demands:

• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in client facing roles with responsibilities in project and/or account management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets

• Excellent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Strives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.


Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, or production-focused environment.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, material planning, or production scheduling.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to remain in the stationary position 80% of the time.

• Some domestic travel may be required.

• Lift up to 10 lbs.



Salary Information

$75000.00 - $85000.00 Annual Salary
