Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our Trailer/Truck upfit manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the assembly and finishing processes involved in producing high-quality trailers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble trailer components and structures according to production specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and other power tools.
- Perform metal fabrication tasks, including cutting and grinding.
- Install electrical wiring, lights, brakes, and other systems as required.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools, machines, and workstations.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document work progress and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
Compensation:

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
