In this role, you'll be the crucial support system for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve whenever they need it. We are a Nurse Managed All PRIVATE pay chronic illness management company. We serve Cook, Dupage, Will, Kendall counties

Responsibilities:
👵 Provide companionship, assistance with daily activities, and support to clients in their homes.
📞 Be available to fill in for scheduled caregivers on short notice, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.
🧼 Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
📋 Keep accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with our team.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexible availability to work on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation and pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in caregiving is a plus but not required – we provide training and support!
