1st Shift Team Lead 6am to 4:30p Monday to Thursday
SCP Limited is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of our 1st shift production team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands manufacturing operations, drives accountability, and leads from the floor — not from behind a desk.We are looking for a leader who is organized, solutions-focused, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced production environment.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLeading daily production meetings and setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and outputCoordinating staffing and work assignments to meet production goalsDriving accountability for attendance, performance, and housekeeping (5S) standardsReviewing operator production reports and identifying improvement opportunitiesCoaching and developing team members through direct feedbackParticipating in accident, injury, and near-miss investigations and implementing corrective actionsPerforming safety and quality auditsSupporting ISO 9001 compliance and customer quality standardsAssisting with materials planning and workflow efficiencyAdministering corrective action when necessaryWe Are Looking For Someone Who:✔ Has 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience✔ Understands production flow and plant operations✔ Is highly organized and detail-oriented✔ Thinks critically and solves problems quickly✔ Holds team members accountable while building trust✔ Leads by example✔ Is comfortable addressing performance issues directlyPrevious leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to work extended hours as production demandsReliable and consistent attendanceWhy SCP?We are a vertically integrated manufacturer known for quality and innovation.
