Position Summary
The HR Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing human resource initiatives that align with the company's goals and drive business success. This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance.
Job Summary:
- Human Resource Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across all regions.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish consistent global HR policies and a strong company culture.
- Lead global change management efforts with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters.
- Drive global employee engagement programs through regional teams.
- Establish clear processes for resolving employee grievances and workplace disputes.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Design and oversee competitive global compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable salary structures.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR policies comply with applicable labor laws and company standards.
- Standardize and update employee handbooks and policies globally.
- Lead global HR compliance audits and corrective actions.
- Support safety program initiatives.
- Budget & Project Oversight
- Manage the global HR budget in alignment with corporate priorities.
- Oversee timely and cost-effective execution of HR initiatives.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology; preferred Master’s degree in a similar field.
- Relevant 8 years of leadership experience commensurate with the level of the position; 3 years minimum in a publicly traded company in a similar role as head of HR department.
- Strong proficiency in ADP Workforce
