POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, support our security personnel, and help drive company growth. This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, technically proficient, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and coordinate daily security operations and officer scheduling
• Supervise field staff and ensure professionalism, punctuality, and performance standards
• Maintain communication with clients and respond to service requests or operational needs
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new security personnel
• Ensure reports, documentation, and incident records are completed accurately
• Monitor operational efficiency and help improve internal processes
• Support leadership with administrative and operational planning
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable management experience
• Non-smoker
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Technically proficient with computers, mobile apps, and basic office software
• Professional demeanor with strong leadership ability
• Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Veteran status strongly preferred
• Security industry experience or active security license is a plus (not required)
