Boardwalk Puzzle & Game Company is a fast-growing, premium puzzle and game brand and the flagship of Americana Art Enterprises, a 30+ year consumer products company. Since launching in 2000, Boardwalk has become a recognized name in the U.S. puzzle market and has been featured by ESPN, Costco, and other major retailers.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our retail, B2B, and private label sales. This role is responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys owning the full sales cycle in a brand-forward consumer products environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities across retail, B2B, and private label channels

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through closing and account handoff

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, buyers, distributors, and business partners

Grow existing accounts through reorders, upsells, and new product placements

Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts within the CRM

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives

Represent Boardwalk Puzzle & Game Company professionally in sales meetings, calls, and trade-related opportunities

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive products

Qualifications

2+ years of sales or account management experience (consumer goods, retail, or wholesale preferred)

Proven ability to prospect, manage relationships, and close deals

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities

Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems preferred
