Location: Glendale, AZ    Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7am-7pm with occasional Saturdays when needed

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to support residential system replacements and new installations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with removal and installation of HVAC systems 
• Carrying and loading equipment and materials
• Setting condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
• Running line sets and assisting with basic wiring
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Communicating professionally with homeowners
• Learning installation procedures and safety standards
   

You’ll gain real, hands-on experience every day.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and outdoor conditions
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Team-player attitude
• Punctual and dependable
