Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: From $60-65/hour
- Un-Capped incentive plan / bonus
- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Engage in the delivery of direct patient care, specializing in all periodontal services within your licensed scope.
- Support the dentist during patient examinations, assisting chairside.
- Strive to deliver a 5-star patient experience, setting a high standard in patient care.
- Actively contribute to fostering a positive, engaging work culture.
- Prepare instruments and materials required for each patient's procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort in the dental chair, preparing them efficiently for treatments.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, emphasizing the importance of oral health.
- Skilled in capturing dental radiographs, intra-oral scans, and photographs.
- Maintain comprehensive treatment records, including charting of existing restorations, periodontal charting, and outlining planned treatments.
- Oversee and manage daily supply levels, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
- Provide detailed post-operative care instructions to patients, aiding in their recovery following periodontal and other dental treatments.
- Adhere strictly to infection control standards, including the sterilization of instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
Education and Experience:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Graduation from an accredited program with a Registered Dental Hygiene degree.
- Ability to administer local anesthetic.
- Active licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist within the state.
