Overview
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing pickup-side solutions, supporting project implementation, and enabling operational improvements across various business scenarios. The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-team collaboration, and experience in logistics or supply chain solution design.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end pickup solutions based on customer needs, business requirements, and operational constraints.
- Lead project execution, including requirement analysis, workflow design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live optimization.
- Support new business initiatives and propose innovative pickup solutions for emerging scenarios.
- Facilitate cross-scenario solution integration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice replication.
- Conduct performance analysis and cost-benefit evaluation to improve solution effectiveness.
- Lead user-experience enhancement projects and coordinate cross-functional alignment for implementation.
- Prepare professional documentation, including solution proposals, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, express delivery, or cross-border e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of pickup operations, distribution logistics, or supply chain workflows.
- Proven experience in solution design and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong data analysis skills, including using Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or SQL (preferred).
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing business needs.
