What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a talented sales team and provide direct oversight to the Marketing Director, setting the tone for achievement and innovation every day.
• Drive Results: Set ambitious sales goals, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure revenue targets are not just met—but exceeded.
• Strategize for Success: Shape the future of sales operations by analyzing market trends, researching competitors, and delivering accurate forecasts and actionable reports.
• Fuel the Team: Hire, train, and energize a results-driven team, celebrating wins and turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Impact: Partner with marketing professionals on creative campaigns and memorable events that keep Golden Manufacturing in the spotlight.
• Cultivate Relationships: Connect with dealers and high-end clients at yachting events, golf clubs, luxury marine stores, and local businesses—building powerful partnerships along the way.
• Showcase at Premier Events: Represent Golden Manufacturing at boat shows, exclusive conferences, and trade events, leaving a lasting impression with top-tier marketing materials.
• Be the Face of Service: Share your expertise with clients and referral sources, fielding calls and admissions when needed, and ensuring everyone experiences our signature luxury touch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field
• 5+ years' proven success in a sales management role
• NetSuite experience is a strong plus

Salary: 100K-115K/yr
