Responsibilities

• Independently supervise daily site activities, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections and escalate issues requiring clarification.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and crews, ensuring clear assignments and sequence.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Report daily activities and issues to project management.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor and verify material/equipment deliveries and condition.
• Maintain site cleanliness and compliance, including signage and PPE.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating inspections and compliance checks.
• Track and document site labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Communicate progress updates to the Construction Manager and propose corrective actions as needed.
• Support incident reporting and site logistics.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or construction-related degree preferred.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training preferred.

• Good leadership and communication skills.
