We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for digital marketing strategies, social media growth tactics, and advertising campaigns. This position plays a key role in developing brand awareness in target markets, generating top of funnel leads, and improving overall business performance through targeted conversion efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with the CRM team to design and program email campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital advertising and marketing strategies that improve top of funnel traffic, engagement, and conversions; manage all paid advertising campaigns
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Design and implement campaigns to nurture leads, support new donor growth, and boost retention of current donors
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, technology, and advertising to ensure company remains competitive; perform benchmarking to peers and industry standards
- Monitor ads, perform A/B testing, and analyze key performance metrics; use insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Analyze SEO performance, website, and site structure; create roadmap to improve SEO performance, increase traffic, and improve conversion
- Oversee marketing budgets, allocate investments strategically, and ensure adequate ROI
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibilities in marketing, advertising, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Firm understanding of SEO best practices; proficiency in keywork research and competitive analysis
- Expertise in using data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to inform strategy, decision-making, and prioritization
- Skills in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting
- Innovative thinking, both in campaign development and process improvements
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Familiarity AI marketing tools and trends desired
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for up three (3) hours at a time
- Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to fifty (50) pounds
- Be able to bend, stoop or kneel
- Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens
- Specific vision and hearing abilities are required to be successful within the role
