Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:


- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and inventory management of automotive core.

- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a high level of team performance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

- Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with logistics, quality , and other departments to support overall warehouse objectives.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to warehouse operations and inventory.

- Report daily KPI and metrics to Management.

- Manage daily time and time off requests for direct reports.

- Communicate with various departments on needs of the facility, including local transporter, maintenance and management.

- Handle incoming and make outgoing calls for questions, and inquiries related to core administration.

- Other duties as determined by management


Skills and Qualifications:


- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

- 2 year degree or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse or supply chain management are a plus.

- Valid drivers license and forklift experience required.


Physical requirements:


- Ability to lift and bend 25-50% of the work day, 50 pounds minimum

- Ability to walk/stand on concrete for full shift

- Ability to operate forklift for 25-50% of the day
