Lead RBT Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to RBTs, modeling best practices for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Support RBTs in accurate data collection and documentation, ensuring consistency and fidelity across sessions.
  • Assist the supervising BCBA in monitoring treatment integrity, observing sessions, and providing constructive feedback to staff.
  • Help identify areas where RBTs may need additional coaching, and collaborate with BCBAs to develop individualized training plans.
  • Conduct brief skill checks or refreshers to reinforce ABA principles, proper prompting, reinforcement strategies, and data accuracy.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with both clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of services.
  • Support new RBTs during onboarding and field training to promote confidence, consistency, and client success.
  • Ensure client safety and program fidelity at all times, following CelebrateYou’s ethical and professional standards.


Qualifications:

  • Must hold active RBT certification through the BACB.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing direct ABA therapy.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to provide clear feedback and support to others.
  • BCBA-in-training or currently enrolled in a verified course sequence is a plus.

Pay: $25 per hour
