🔑 What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience and driving operational success. Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy
Managing daily property operations and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction
Leading and mentoring your on-site team
Coordinating maintenance, vendor relations, and capital improvements
Managing budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
Cultivating a strong, welcoming community aligned with Uptown’s core values
✅ Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
3+ years of experience managing Class A residential properties
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
