Front Desk Receptionist-Part Time


Hours:   4pm-8pm Monday-Thursday

Duties: 

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner 

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual 

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area 

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

 - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars 

- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

 - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed


Skills: 

- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications 

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings 

- Experience working as a clerk or in a similar administrative role 

- Familiarity with Microsoft products or similar software for document management and collaboration 

- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping 

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

 - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines 

- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently

Please note that this position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
