Description:
EXECUTIVE SUPPORT TO HEAD OF SCHOOL
- Manage and maintain the Head of School’s calendar, including internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements
- Receive, review, and route incoming correspondence; audit and organize mail
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives
- Supervise Receptionists, Food Services personnel, and School Nurse
LEADERSHIP TEAM
- Attend weekly Leadership Team meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas
- Record meeting notes, action items, and assigned responsibilities
- Follow up on deliverables as directed
SCHOOL CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
- Manage and maintain the master school calendar
- Schedule and coordinate calendar meetings
- Communicate calendar updates and changes during Leadership meetings
- Ensure alignment across departments and events
SCHOOL BOARD SUPPORT
- Communicate meeting dates and reminders to Board members
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials as directed
- Attend quarterly Board meetings and record official minutes
- Process and organize required Board documentation
- Coordinate meeting hospitality and room setup
ACCREDITATION, CERTIFICATION, AND MEMBERSHIP
- Coordinate with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) regional office regarding faculty certification
- Audit and monitor internal teacher certification status
- Assist faculty and staff with accreditation requirements
- Complete and submit the annual ACSI report as well as other memberships documentation
- Coordinate with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) regional office regarding faculty certification
- Audit and monitor internal teacher certification status
- Collaborate with teachers to navigate accreditation requirements, offering clarity, organization, and consistent follow-through
TUITION ASSISTANCE
- Serve as a member of the Tuition Assistance Committee
- Assist with documentation and coordination as assigned
