Description:

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT TO HEAD OF SCHOOL 

  • Manage and maintain the Head of School’s calendar, including internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements
  • Receive, review, and route incoming correspondence; audit and organize mail
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives
  • Supervise Receptionists, Food Services personnel, and School Nurse

LEADERSHIP TEAM 

  • Attend weekly Leadership Team meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas
  • Record meeting notes, action items, and assigned responsibilities
  • Follow up on deliverables as directed

SCHOOL CALENDAR MANAGEMENT 

  • Manage and maintain the master school calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate calendar meetings
  • Communicate calendar updates and changes during Leadership meetings
  • Ensure alignment across departments and events

SCHOOL BOARD SUPPORT 

  • Communicate meeting dates and reminders to Board members
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials as directed
  • Attend quarterly Board meetings and record official minutes
  • Process and organize required Board documentation
  • Coordinate meeting hospitality and room setup

ACCREDITATION, CERTIFICATION, AND MEMBERSHIP 

  • Coordinate with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) regional office regarding faculty certification
  • Audit and monitor internal teacher certification status
  • Assist faculty and staff with accreditation requirements
  • Complete and submit the annual ACSI report as well as other memberships documentation 
  • Coordinate with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) regional office regarding faculty certification
  • Audit and monitor internal teacher certification status
  • Collaborate with teachers to navigate accreditation requirements, offering clarity, organization, and consistent follow-through

TUITION ASSISTANCE 

  • Serve as a member of the Tuition Assistance Committee
  • Assist with documentation and coordination as assigned
