We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Community Liaison to support our Rock Hill, SC Market.
Position Summary:
The Community Liaison will focus on building relationships with property managers of low-income housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities, as well as clinics and other community-based organizations across Rock Hill, Columbia and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with case managers, property managers of low-income housing communities, clinics, senior centers, and other community organizations.
- Perform 7–10 in-service presentations weekly, each lasting approximately one hour, to educate potential clients, property managers, and community partners.
- Focus on reaching individuals with Medicaid who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Identify and secure 20–25 qualified leads each month by collecting necessary client information (names and phone numbers) and manage the entire pipeline from initial contact through conversion into active clients.
- Utilize your monthly marketing budget creatively to organize engaging activities, such as providing food, hosting bingo, or planning other activities, to educate potential clients.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to effectively reach target clients and expand our network in the region.
- Area Coverage: Travel within Rock Hill and Columbia SC to ensure widespread outreach.

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, community outreach, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet weekly and monthly goals.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Waiver services is a plus but not required
