We are currently seeking an experienced:
HR STAFFING COORDINATOR – FREEDOM STAFFING SERVICES
JOB SUMMARY:
- Maintain Payroll and HR Database information for Freedom Staffing.
- Assign and monitor New Hire, Orientation, and Onboarding documents and annual education requirements and completion.
- Facilitates scheduling of Freedom Staff at contracted SNF and other healthcare facilities across multiple territories.
- Answer phones and direct calls. Ability to handle high volume calls
- Respond to inquiries from various government agencies.
- Perform customer service functions for field staff.
- Other miscellaneous duties to include scanning documents, special projects, etc., and communication through emails while multi-tasking other administrative duties. Shares on-call phone coverage for callouts on evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- May require travel up to 50%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school or equivalent level of education and three to five years’ experience in a personnel related field. Two-year associate’s degree with related experience preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interact well with co-workers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
- Proficient knowledge of computers, word processing, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong administrative and keyboarding skills.
