Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA

$25+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Arbors Management is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service two small, well-kept apartment communities in Franklin and Stoneboro, PA.

If you’re looking for steady work, fair pay, and a manageable workload — this is it. No large portfolio. No constant travel. Just two properties that are already in good shape.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs 
• Complete work orders on time
• Fix plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, fixtures, and general repairs 
• Turn over apartments between residents 
• Maintain common areas and building exterior 
• Help with preventative maintenance and inspections 
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies

• Apartment or building maintenance experience
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry 
• Able to work independently without constant supervision 
• Takes pride in quality work
• Professional and respectful with residents 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required 
• No formal certifications required 
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
