Pay: $19.50  to $23 per hour

Job Summary

Support the DDA II in organizing, classifying, editing and transmitting documents and records according to set project plans and applicable statutory requirements.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with contractor’s records management personnel to identify and comply with any special procedures or requirements 
  • Create formal transmittal letters 
  • Transmit, receive and inspect incoming documents for completion and accuracy 
  • Scan, convert and assemble documents as images 
  • Receive and fulfill requests for documents 
  • Route documents to appropriate individuals for updates and approval 
  • Track location and status of documents  
  • Identify and apply proper procedures to documents that require changes, distribution or handling 
  • Package and send records to contractor(s) per project requirement 
  • Perform administrative tasks for AT Sales  
  • Abide by company policies 
  • In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required  
  • Other duties as assigned 
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated entry level proficiency using Microsoft Excel 
  • Administrative experience preferred 
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet objectives

Working Environment

While performing the duties of this job, work is performed primarily in an adequately lit, well ventilated, climate controlled general office environment. Close computer work is regularly required. The work usually involves minimal physical exertion. The noise level in the general office environment is usually moderate.  

This job may require occasional or more frequent interaction with employees on the manufacturing shop floor. While on the shop floor, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risks of moving equipment and parts, and other risks associated with a manufacturing environment. Because of this environment and associated risks, coordination with shop floor managers/employees may be necessary before entering the shop floor, and use of job appropriate personal protective equipment and clothing is required on the shop floor. The noise level on the shop floor is often loud.
