QualificationsRequired:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 3 years of dental office management experienceFully capable of independently handling all front office administrative functionsExperienced in managing Insurance AR and claims follow-upProficient in patient check-in and check-out processesStrong understanding of billing, collections, and daily financial reconciliationAble to review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)Experienced in staff oversight and team accountabilitySkilled in provider and team scheduling managementAble to support operational planning and overall practice performanceStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skillsKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
