Exciting Opportunity for TN Psychiatric Physician Assistants & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our team in a unique hybrid role supporting our inpatient facility and our outpatient clinic in Charleston, SC. This position offers the opportunity to practice across the continuum of care while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Type: Full-Time, Inpatient/Outpatient (M-F), with one weekend of rounding call per month

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across the treatment continuum.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and care coordination for inpatient populations.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.

Requirements:• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
