About this position
Branch Managers are responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. This includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct reports creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability. Branch Managers are to lead a highly defined member engagement process, coaching specific behaviors that lead to enhanced member service experience and drives growth, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. As a Branch Manager, ensuring the execution of policy and procedures are aligned with applicable regulations is essential.
Requirements:Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations or similar role
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to inspire a team where collaboration, adaptability and accountability to performance are critical to performance

- Ability to provide ongoing education and information to members about credit union products and services.
