About this position

Marketing Manager 

The Marketing Manager leads the company-wide marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital engagement, primarily within industrial and technical markets.

Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and brand objectives.

    Create and manage digital content across web, email, video, and social media platforms.

    Translate technical information into compelling marketing materials in collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

    Oversee website content, SEO, and brand consistency.

    Produce marketing collateral including case studies, brochures, white papers, and presentations.

    Plan and execute campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

    Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

    Manage external vendors for creative and digital services.

    Stay informed on industry trends and marketing tools.

    Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.

    5+ years of B2B marketing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

    Strong digital marketing and content development skills.

    Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CMS (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

    Excellent writing and project management abilities.

    Collaborative and detail-oriented.

Other Details

    No supervisory responsibilities.

    Physical requirements include sitting (60%), walking/standing (40%), and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

    Must be able to distinguish fine details and color variations.
