Join a high-flying team in the world of private aviation! We are a fast-growing aviation company specializing in private jet charter solutions for over 30 aircraft that span the globe. We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Wholesale Charter Sales Representative to build and manage broker and operator relationships and sell aircraft charter services in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with aviation brokers, charter operators, and industry partners
- Manage fleet sales and strategic positioning to maximize revenue
- Respond to trip requests from wholesale partners with accurate quotes and aircraft options
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and availability to close high-value charter trips
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless trip execution
- Attend industry events and trade shows as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, aviation, or a combination of both
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- All aviation professionals encouraged to apply
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet revenue targets
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of private aviation is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools
What We Offer
- Base salary + uncapped commission with a potential to earn $80,000 - $150,000/year
