Growth of Client Care is one of Boyer’s most strategic initiatives. The Microsoft Modern Work Enablement Director is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Modern work tools and services within our internal and external customers. This role involves collaborating with our customers to understand their needs to provide tailored solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration. The director will also conduct training sessions, create documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure that our customers are leveraging Microsoft 365 to its fullest potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the Boyer Sales Team to assist with estimating, demonstration and education of prospective clients
- Build and grow the Microsoft 365 group, a network of enthusiastic and influential employees who advocate for and support the use of Microsoft products across the organization.
- Recommend training for the workforce based on analytics, feedback, and best practices to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Promote Microsoft products and their benefits through various channels, such as internal MS Teams and Outbound Marketing
- Introduce new products and features to our customers and provide guidance and support for their adoption and usage.
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft roadmap and communicate relevant updates and changes to stakeholders and users.
- Host regular Monthly webinars showcasing Microsoft products and their features, share tips and tricks, answer questions, and solicit feedback from the audience.
- Offer education sessions to our Client Care representatives regarding new features and products, guaranteeing their capability to assist our customers and employees.
- Write blogs and act as second tier support for our help desk
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go-to-market strategies and pricing
- Manage and delegate to offshore/nearshore resources
Salary Information
Requirements
- Must have at least one Microsoft certificate associated with Modern Work
- At least 2 years of experience in leading Microsoft 365 adoption and change management initiatives in a large and complex organization.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Fundamentals is a required
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 products, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Forms, Stream
- Robust understanding of Modern Work licensing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple and engaging terms.
- A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs and expectations of the users and stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn new things, embrace feedback, and adapt to changing situations.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals across the organization.
- M365 Tenant, MS Teams, ODfB, SharePoint Admin, Azure AD, M365 Advance Threat Protection, Exchange Administration.
- Excellent understanding of Cloud Technologies (SAAS, PAAS & IAAS) with deep understanding of Public and private cloud.
