POSITION SUMMARY

Monadnock Family Services is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/CNA) to join our outpatient mental health team. The LNA/CNA provides clinical support to nursing staff, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, ensuring high-quality care for clients across the lifespan. This role involves obtaining vital signs, supporting clinical documentation, assisting with appointments, and promoting client safety, wellness, and recovery within a structured, recovery-oriented environment.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current LNA or CNA license/certification.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to work with clients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health settings.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Experience assisting with medication administration.
  • Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to obtain 1202 medication training with MFS 1202 nurse trainer.


OTHER EXPECTATIONS

Maintain a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Transport clients in a personal vehicle when required and appropriate, in accordance with agency policy.
