Member Experience Associate
This position is a customer service position responsible for staffing the Welcome Desk and assists in providing the best Member Experience. Engage, Exceed Expectations and Excellence is what we do!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Greet all members and guests enthusiastically and professionally in person and by telephone
- Engage with all members throughout their shift
- Check in members guests according to procedures
- Accepting payments for services at POS computer
- Making reservations in Mind Body
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the proper person
- Assist members by being knowledgeable of all departments, services, community/campus programs and events
- Keep membership director abreast of all customer service issues and concerns
- Give tours and process membership applications
- Additionally, any responsibility that would be required to maintain effective member relations; issuing photo ID cards, addressing membership inquiries, keeping surrounding area organized and other duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
