About this position
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who brings strong talent acquisition expertise and enjoys contributing across multiple HR functions. This role will focus heavily on full cycle recruiting, while also supporting training and development and employee relations initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You will join a team of four HR professionals, including specialists in Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and Employee Relations, working together to support the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting initiatives and hiring needs across the organization.
- Manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Track and report recruiting activity and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring and candidate flow.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process through clear communication and timely follow up.
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Assist with internal training initiatives and development programs.
- Maintain and track training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with employee relations matters and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Support consistent application of company policies and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Strong full cycle recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); JazzHR experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS); Trainual experience is a plus.
- Training and development experience.
- Employee relations experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, candidates, and leadership.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to move throughout the facility to meet with employees or leadership.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Full-time, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
