Position Description: The Media Supervisor leads client relationships, manage campaigns, and develop junior talent.
This is a mid-level leadership role where you'll own the day-to-day client relationship while contributing to strategic planning and execution. You'll be the go-to person for clients and partners, and the first-level coach for planners on your team. We need someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on management.

Position Responsibilities: Lead planning & execution:
  • Take a lead role in developing strategic media plans, negotiation, and execution
  • Work with Associate Directors and Directors to serve client needs and manage integrated media plans
  • Generate media insights using various data sources and craft strategic POVs
  • Serve as primary contact for custom program ideation and execution
Own client & partner relationships:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ready to step in when senior leadership is unavailable
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners across channels to negotiate the best opportunities
  • Manage timelines and day-to-day workload across the team
Coach & develop the team:
  • Serve as first-level supervisor for associates and planners
  • Delegate assignments, review deliverables, and provide actionable feedback
  • Complete performance reviews and support career development for direct reports
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What You Bring -
  • Omni-channel planning expertise with advanced knowledge of digital, social, and programmatic
  • Experience with branded content and partnership development
  • Working expertise in third-party ad servers (CM360, Meta) to traffic campaigns and pull reports
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable with clients and partners at all levels
  • Retail or commerce experience is a plus
Qualifications -
  • 3+ years of integrated media planning experience at a media agency or on a paid media team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

$80000.00 - $105000.00 Annual Salary
