- Take a lead role in developing strategic media plans, negotiation, and execution
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to serve client needs and manage integrated media plans
- Generate media insights using various data sources and craft strategic POVs
- Serve as primary contact for custom program ideation and execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ready to step in when senior leadership is unavailable
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners across channels to negotiate the best opportunities
- Manage timelines and day-to-day workload across the team
- Serve as first-level supervisor for associates and planners
- Delegate assignments, review deliverables, and provide actionable feedback
- Complete performance reviews and support career development for direct reports
- Omni-channel planning expertise with advanced knowledge of digital, social, and programmatic
- Experience with branded content and partnership development
- Working expertise in third-party ad servers (CM360, Meta) to traffic campaigns and pull reports
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, comfortable with clients and partners at all levels
- Retail or commerce experience is a plus
- 3+ years of integrated media planning experience at a media agency or on a paid media team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
