Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
- Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
- Fluency in another language is a strong plus
- Prior leadership experience required (team lead, supervisor, trainer, shift lead, or similar)
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
- Medical Assistant Certification (great if you have it, not required)
- Dental Assistant Certification (great if you have it, not required)
- 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate (preferred)
- California Dental Practice Act Certificate (preferred)
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role (helpful, but not required)
Your Role in Action
As our Dental Assistant / Medical Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms
- Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients—guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
- Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
