Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Cleaning
“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:
- Check in students with positivity
- Know client’s names
- Make 1 sale per shift
- Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
- Deep clean bathrooms
- Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings

- Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission
Hourly Rates:
- Los Angeles: $18.05
- San Jose: $18.45
- San Francisco: $19.20
- NYC: $17.00
Ideal Candidates
- Love yoga
- Value exceptional customer service
- Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Have a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
- Are proficient with the computer
- Are neat and enjoy cleaning
- Are familiar with MINDBODY software
- Are proactive and self starters
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
