Regional Manager
We are a growing family of BBQ restaurants in the Bay Area looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants in the area. The Regional Manager will have a General Manager from each restaurant reporting to them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convey company culture to the team and support company initiatives
- Give actionable feedback on a variety of functions and solutions
- Share industry best practices to implement processes and procedures to improve restaurant operations with the assistance of a core team
- Effectively train, mentor, and direct General Managers of our restaurants while maintaining a high level of engagement
- Serve as an advocate and information source for restaurants and General Managers
- Be a point of contact for General Managers in controlling day to day operations
- Identify improvement and growth opportunities in our business
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to facilitate consistent opening of new locations with the assistance of a core team
- Assist General Managers with hiring, training, and development of hourly employees
- Identify talent and delegate responsibilities to managers
- Ensure that food and service standards are consistently being met across restaurants
- Follow and manage proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant
- Maintain full responsibility for financial performance of restaurant operations
- Analyze business trends and financial data to improve performance of restaurants
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary of $110,000 - $120,000
- Quarterly Incentive Plan with the opportunity to earn up to 30% of your base salary

Position Requirements:
- Restaurant Management experience required
- Bachelors in Hospitality or related field preferred (can be substituted with additional experience)
- Must possess Manager Food Safety certification (within one month of employment)
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Able to work 50-60 hours a week
- Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- Able to walk or stand for long periods
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
