Position Overview
Delta Electro Power is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hard-working professional capable of handling a wide range of office support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be conscientious, punctual, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. This is a highly interactive support position requiring consistent collaboration with team members, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
•    Perform general office support duties and errands as needed
•    Manage and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
•    Update paperwork, records, and other documentation to ensure accuracy
•    Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
•    Sort and distribute incoming communications in a timely manner
•    Collect, stamp, and distribute mail
Communication & Reception
•    Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
•    Greet clients, vendors, and visitors as needed
•    Provide information and assistance to internal staff and external contacts
•    Perform receptionist duties when required
Scheduling & Coordination
•    Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
•    Organize travel, accommodations, and reservations as required
•    Coordinate company events and office activities
•    Assist the General Manager with oversight of maintenance and supplies for office equipment and facilities
Accounting & Purchasing Support
•    Perform data entry, typing, and other clerical functions
•    Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
•    Assist with purchasing and invoice tracking
•    Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Inventory & Office Management
•    Order, dispense, and monitor office supplies and inventory levels
•    Manage supply shortages and reorder as needed
•    Schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance
•    Maintain office common areas and ensure a clean, organized workspace
•    Resolve office-related malfunctions and coordinate repairs

Qualifications & Skills
•    High School Diploma or GED required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Strong desk management and time-management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
•    Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
•    Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality
•    Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
•    Ability to incorporate new and effective ways to improve efficiency and results
