Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, and management to fulfill customer expectations while driving towards sales growth.
  • Manage sales project to ensure timely, successful delivery.
  • Build client relationships and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to drive profitability.
  • Organize, manage, and ensure accessibility of sales documentation for team use.
  • Drive product promotion through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data within internal systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Document and track customer interactions, conducting timely follow-ups to support relationship development.
  • Maintain consistent system accuracy through regular updates and data validation.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure a streamlined sales process and prompt product delivery.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison for communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to align objectives.

Operational/Logistics Support:

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels, accurate labeling, and timely order processing.
  • Coordinate with branch associates to facilitate accurate and punctual customer deliveries.
  • Manage interbranch transfers and intercompany orders efficiently.
  • Organize product demonstrations to enhance our customer engagement.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in mandatory training programs and stay informed of product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Assist team with special projects and tasks as required.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to streamline and enhance branch operations.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, or markets is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
