We are currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Green Bay team.

About the RoleAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll be a key part of our fast-moving distribution team. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products accurately, efficiently, and safely. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision and pride — helping drive Halron’s reputation for service and reliability.

Work Schedule4-day work schedule with rotating day off, Monday through FridayFull-time, average 40-50 hours per weekNo weekendsCompensation & BenefitsAnnually $40,000-$50,000 (based on experience) first yearExcellent Benefit Package Includes:

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming productsAccurately pick, check, and stage orders for deliveryLoad and unload trucks based on schedule and customer-specific needsSafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentPerform daily cycle counts and support end-of-month inventoryMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentAlways uphold Halron’s safety and quality standardsOther special projects as needed

Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience (preferred)Experience with forklifts and RF scanners (required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and stay focused in fast-paced environmentsProfessional demeanor and clear communication with team members and customersA commitment to punctuality, responsibility, and respect
